Ray opened Iron & Oak in 2014 after 12 years cutting in Kansas City. Known for his fade game and his straight razor work. If you want it done right, you wait for Ray.

Darnell Moore
Senior Barber

Darnell has been with Iron & Oak since year one. A Joplin native, he specializes in textured cuts, high-tops, and beard sculpting. His regulars won't go anywhere else.

Tommy Salazar
Barber

The youngest of the crew but no less skilled. Tommy brings a fresh eye to classic cuts and is the go-to for skin fades and modern styling. Book him early; he fills up fast.
